Congratulations to Josh Simmons for graduating from Gloucester College with a HNC and Apprenticeship in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Josh started in the Ultrasound workshop as an apprentice in September 2016 where he developed his skills and passion for engineering.
Two years later he was servicing Ultrasound systems in Hospitals and Vets up and down the UK learning more and more as he went whilst, also attending college one day a week and completing a level three NVQ.
Josh officially completed his HNC and Apprenticeship in August 2020 but due to the pandemic could not celebrate his great achievements until 19th November 2021 at his graduation held at Gloucester Cathedral.
Josh is our 5th Apprentice to Graduate, with 6 more currently in the scheme. It is a great way of recruiting people to develop fully into qualified engineers.
