"I’m Sacha and I work as a Sales Operations Executive in the European Commercial Department. From starting at Probo as a Business Administration Apprentice, I’ve been given numerous opportunities to grow professionally in a fast-pace, supportive environment. What sets Probo apart is the culture of trust and care. Managers take the time to invest in your growth – I’ve had multiple opportunities to sit down with senior leadership to discuss my future, which has been an invaluable experience. It’s a place where you’re trusted to take ownership, allowing each individual to prove themselves and engage in meaningful work. A key example of this is my dream to move to the United States—something that many companies might not take seriously. But at Probo, I’ve not only been encouraged to pursue that dream, I’ve been actively supported in making it a reality. Beyond the professional aspects, what we do as a business feels very rewarding. Knowing that at the end of everything we do there are real people and real families who benefit makes my time here feel very profound! It’s so special to know that the better we work together, the better we can make people’s lives! If you’re looking for somewhere to not just grow professionally, but to grow as a person as well – and have a truly fun time doing so! Then I recommend Probo!"
