Mindray’s brand new intermediate to advanced level portable ultrasound machine, the Vetus E5, delivers fantastic image quality in a small light weight package, all at an incredibly competitive price. Featuring two probe ports and capable of running micro-convex, linear, convex and rectal transducers it is ideal for both small animal and equine practice. Weighing in at under 4kg with the battery included it is easier than ever to scan wherever you need to. The optional U-bank battery pack adds up 8 hours scanning time making you truly free for your days’ work. With dedicated veterinary presets, customisable workflows, and a sealed, splash-proof console for easy disinfection, the Vetus E5 is ready for whatever you are.

What do I get as part of a trial kit?

  • The Vetus E5 trial kit will come with the console, power cable, micro-convex, and linear probes. Wide convex and rectal probes are available by request, subject to availability. Ultrasound gel can be included on request.

How does a trial work?

  • Simply fill out the form on our website with required information and your request will be sent through to our Veterinary sales team who will check availability.
  • You will then be contacted by phone or email to confirm the delivery and remote demonstration dates or to discuss alternatives if required.
  • The system will then be delivered to site on the agreed date via courier or one of our own drivers. You may begin using it as soon as it arrives and you will find guides to get you started on the product webpage.
  • At the arranged date and time you will have a remote call with one of our Veterinary sales specialists who will talk you through the features and answer any questions on using the system.
  • The system will be collected by courier or one of our drivers on the agreed date.
  • One of our Veterinary sales specialists will contact you following the trial to discuss the trial and provide any further information or quotation as required.

What happens if there is a problem with the system?

  • Please notify us immediately if you suspect there has been any damage during transit. If possible take pictures of any damage to the outer packaging prior to opening and any damage to the contents once opened.
  • We recommend arranging cover for the system under your own insurance while on-site as you will be responsible for any accidental damages that occur during the trial.
