Probo would like to wish Alan Preece Ultrasound Workshop Engineer, a very happy and rewarding retirement after nineteen years and two months of service with the company.
Alan worked in the Ultrasound department within the workshop in Gloucester for almost twenty years and has been an important part of the company’s growth in ultrasound repairs.
Alan was the main point of contact for ultrasound probes and provided guidance to the apprentices in their early years.
His work colleague and friend Tim Cheese said “Alan plans to keep active during his retirement by continuing his passion for cricket and trying his hand at golf. He will also be keeping the garden in shape under the direction of his wife (Julie).
Alan and I will be keeping in touch and going to various rugby matches at Kingsholm and Spartans too, I’m sure with a beer of course! We have all enjoyed working with Alan and he will be missed around the workshop. We all wish him a very happy and long retirement”.
